*waves* I'm home! i feel sooo refreshed after taking a nice cool bath on such a hot humid day. :D (oops, hope i don't sound like some commercial) but anyway, back to what i was writing...As the spring cleaning was in progress, I looked around me, I saw all the chairs and tables...the table which i had been using for this whole year...then, i took my ceramic piggy-bank which i made during AEP, but was unable to bring home, and thus threw it away after several painstaking, hesitant moments. as i threw it awayand heard the "clink" as it fell into the rubbish bin, memories of the process of making my first ceramic piggy came into mind, and a wave of nostalgia, (more of poignance [what's the noun form of poignant?]) washed over me. I trudged slowly out of the classroom, leaning on the railing, facing the quadrangle, and slowly memories of the times, happy, sad, anxious, flashed into my mind. It seemed not so long ago that I was preparing for the exam...it seemed not so long ago that I stepped eagerly into the classroom and greeted my classmates when I had just been relieved of the boredom the June holidays brought...it seemed not so long ago when i stepped with caution into the strange new classroom, keenly scrutinising the unfamiliar surroundings, trying to remember new faces....but now, today is the last day i will be stepping into this classroom, the place where close friendships were formed, the place where I spent the whole year of my Sec 1, 13-yr-old year, the 1st year of officially-proclaimed "teenage years", the beginning of wonderful teenage years of youth to come. It is time to come to a firm, clear conclusion, one that is depressing to think of, but still, is true:
Time, flies by swiftly, and does not wait for anyone.
Now i look out, look at the students, ignorant of Time's continuing flight, walking about the school campus. I reflect upon this ending year, (like the fine sand in an hourglass draining off steadily), and I ask myself, have I spent this year well? have I wasted this year? was this year a fulfilling year? my friend says, "you did so well in your studies!" but, does good academic performance mirror a fulfilling and happy year? no, it doesn't....I think again, and I think, I've achieved a little success this year, therefore, i am satisfied with my academic results. I have several close friends. But, am I really happy this year? I think hard, the answer i get is "not really"...the happiness i have mainly derives from satisfaction at achievement or accomplishment of goal, but still..is that true joy? for me, where do I derive this delusive joy from? arts (painting, drawing, reading), sports (sailing, badminton, swimming, rollerblading), friendship (and wonderful times spent with close friends) and of course, the often-mistaken and prejudiced image of love, though of course, i'm too young for that hahahhaha. well, this year is totally devoid of sports, because i can't do any P.E etc due to operation. and guess what? a major part of my "joy" is derived from exuberance of playing sports. arts...thank goodness i joined AEP :D...get to do paintings. :) sigh. so well. This year, i have spent in relative social isolation or seclusion (i repeat, relative.). Yet, it does not matter next year, when i finally can do sports! i wish time would not pass so quickly... I'm going to be a sec 2 soon...
Yes, time does fly by fast.
and i conclude my post.

Okae, so, after watching the film, we went to Tanglin Special School for the APSN-GEP Games Day (did you see it? Adm Teo Chee Hean was there! Media coverage – Channel NewsAsia, Channel I, Channel U). 15 schools participated in all – 6 special schools and 9 GEP schools. The 9 GEP schools consist of 5 primary schools – Rosyth, Tao Nan, Nan Hua, Catholic High, Nanyang Pri. and 4 secondary schools – NYGH, ACS (I), VS and DHS. Overall, it was quite fun…I was manning the handicrafts booth – Glass Painting! so cool! Was painting away on the glass bottles :P :D so well, later, I went for a brief unguided “tour” with some of my friends. Had a try at Saori Weaving, as well as making my OWN keychain! I made it myself!!! It looks cool! Basically, I wrote my full name, and then I drew 3 roses – 1 pink and 2 red beside the name, where there was still some empty space. Turned out really nice…:D. and then…I was walking with (someone)… happened to see a really shuai ACS(I) guy, I told (someone) he was shuai, then guess what? She started matchmaking me, and in the end she told me “he says he’s sorry but he’s already taken” HELLO!? Does saying that a guy is shuai mean that I have fallen for that guy???!!!! merely commenting on the looks right? So, if I say 10 guys are shuai, does that mean I’ll have 10 boyfriends!? NO right???? So there! Sigh. No thanks (someone), sorry to disappoint you, but I am NOT despo. **name not specified incase (someone) kills me

*waves * hi! Today…well, first, in school, we watched “Titus Andronicles”, a Shakespearian-adapted movie film. The theme, the symbolism employed, and the acting was superb, but I do not like the scenes of bloodshed, gore, and erm…obscenity displayed in the movie…:( well, you could ask people…for about 1/3 to 1/2 of the film, I was huddled away, shutting my eyes and clamming my frozen hands over my ears…hahaha, funny sight. Oh well, did I mention I nearly froze to death in the Lecture theatre while watching this…hmm, 2 hour? film. It is R-rated!!! Explains quite a lot for all the obscenity (heard someone shouting “Hey, rewind the CD and play it again!” while I was busy hiding away, shutting my eyes and my ears…:S), bloodshed, gore and violence (everybody shouted “Eww! Gross!”) Oh well, that’s about all. I have no wish to divulge the details of the film. If you want, go ask your Eng Lit teacher hahahahaha.

oh well, went to find 3 teachers later in the afternoon, not long after the last post, but alas, all 3 were not there. :( sigh. anyway, after that, I went to look at the price plan of M1 and SingTel, as well as the different handphones on the net: 1. Samsung SGH N620 2. Samsung SGH N500 3. Nokia 8310 4. Nokia 8250. so well, i've come to some conclusion. Nokia 8310 is good, BUT it is WAY too ex. not worth it. i don't see why it's better than Samsung SGH N620, except that it has GPRS, and no, it's not some techy Global Reposition System, it's the General Packet Radio Service/system (forgot). ah, chey. i'm really in love with Samsung SGH N620..it's got the 16 Polyphonic ringtones! and it LOOKS GREAT! But Nokia 8250 has its credits too...(it's not tt goodlooking, but) it's really cheap and you can download many ringtones...nokia compatible...but, seems like i'll choose Samsung SGH N620...and take either M1 OK-21 Flex or Singtel Classic plan. sigh. long time away..Mid Dec for h/p....nevermind. doesn't hurt to rant about fantasies.

*waves* HI, today, 2 deejays from Power 98.0 came to our sch, LT2, and sort of conducted a workshop on radio stations and deejay, from 11.30 am to 1.05 pm, for the nygh sec 1 and sec 2 Geppers. well..it was really really FUN and INTERESTING and FUNNY! the 2 deejays are...Marcus and some Indian deejay......forgot his name.(oops sorry). anyway, it seems as though a deejay's life is REALLY really that FUN! whoa! I envy Daphne, Jaime, Janice, Elaina, Carolyn and Denise, who are all going for the Double J - NYGH sch invasion, from 9 pm to 11 pm, so do tune in! i'm thinking of calling in, getting the song "Hey Juliet" ;) and dedicating it to all 6 of them! 1st time listeners dedicate songs to deejays! wahahhaha. then...maybe do the cheer "nanyang ke atas" and they all haf ta reply "ole ole ah ah". hmmm.....that will be interesting. I'll DEFINITELY do that IF my FAMILY was not in.....but since they are in......i can't call them...can only take the small portable radio, lug it into my room, lock the door, and....maybe taperecord it hahaz. JOKING, guys (or gals for that matter). and oh yes......they gave out presents for asking questions....either a Power 98 frisbee or a black t-shirt wiht the words "red hot Power 98" on it. so well.....since most people got a frisbee, and i WANTED the tshirt, i asked a 3 part question, a. when will there be another "sch invasion" open to nygh people. b. what are the working hours like c.(prompted by elaina and karen) can you (refering to deejays) show us your handphones? therefore, with the help of this 3 part structured question, i got my TSHIRT!!! yesh! so......you are probably interested in the answers.....(good thing i paid attention...and no, thank you, i did not take down any notes...:P) okae, so here's the answers: a. well, prob not.....they said they were going to give a similar workshop to tchs......and everybody shrieked......hmm..adverse reaction? well then, since i asked "open to nygh gals", they said they were considering to hold a camp with similar but more indepth contents as the workshop, with participants from various schs, incl nygh and...oh yah they mentioned tchs (and duh, everybody shrieked again. now you can call that collective mass hysteria), with over 120 participants in all...yep, you are probably wondering about the time.....oh well, they said it was unconfirmed, since the whole event is unconfirmed, and ah well, just check out Power 98 website and oh well, i guess they should have confirmed it in the next few weeks to come. well, i really REALLY want to go there! whoa! so cool! besides getting to do all the fun stuff, I get to meet new people! :) ah. i shall end this post here. will post another one on .....oops, forgot what i wanted to post next. IF i remember, i'll post. if not.....well, that's that. see ya.

Frustration is building up inside me, pressure is increasing, and I really really need to blow off that steam. to make matters worse, EVERYONE is busy, and NO ONE is responding. *gets frustrated* I'm really very angry, ("pissed off" is more appropriate) with my whole family, my sister, my parents. so bye, I'm going offline, to vent my anger, probably by tearing some useless paper...since I can't seek any refuge on the internet (got me more frustrated). oh well, bye.
