I'm going to my cousin's house to spend 1 week there....Aunt's coming to fetch at around 2 to 3 pm....*grins happily* But that probably means I won't be online or update my blog for about 1 week or slightly more. So...seeya!

darn...how come so LITTLE PEOPLE ONLINE??? Why do most people come online at only around 9.30pm +...???? sigh...liddat, I can't talk much to anybody and I'm sooooo BORED and if i come online again later I shall incur the wrath of my father...(most probably, but he's vexed with me using the comp and the internet sooo MUCH) okae okae he's complaining AGAIN. i shall go now. sighs.... (signs off, lonely and sad and booooored). IF i can then i sign on again later...but then again, i may be signing on for nothing, since well, people will only start to talk a lot at around 10 pm and THEN i'm going to incur the wrath of my MOTHER coz i sleep sooo late. And I don't talk to people unless they start the conversation first (okae okae i'm WEIRD)..that makes it worse...but that's how i work anyway. non-literal. so well, i'll go now. maybe i'll come back later and hopefully i won't be BORED.

Ohh...forgot to add something. Hey Shawn...I'm crazier than you now, bleah :P I spent 1 hour dancing in front of the mirror...that's crazy thing no 1. Then, I tried what you did...todae after swimming I went to shower at the public toilet downstairs, then I was...erm...dancing the ddr steps in the toilet...(since it's quite spacious anyway) bleah. :P So now I'm wackier than you :P:S:S

Waaah! *sobs* I’m so darn depressed!!! I went for swimming with my younger sister today…and now I’m back with muscle aches and all, and above all, I’m…sad!

Sigh. Firstly, when I went for swimming, I was happily clad in my NEW pretty swimming suit. Then I went down, and whoa! Ecstasy engulfed me when I swam…the first time in 1 year! After that I raced 1 lap with my younger sister, whose swimming skills have improved, and she’s now about the Gold standard, but I was slower than her! *sobs* how embarrassing!!! But when I raced 10 laps with her, it turned out that I had more stamina than her and I won her…bleah :P But sigh. Still. And my freestyle isn’t as good as before. Before that, it was really quite good. Now…it is just mediocre. I guess I still have a looooong way to go before I reach my P5 or P6 standards…*gets depressed* But I look good in my new swimming suit!!! That’s ONE (only) happy thing.

Secondly, my hair was ALL FRIZZLED UP by the time I finished the 2 hours of swimming. *sighs dramatically* I can’t believe it…I don’t understand it!!! I just can’t believe my hair gets frizzled just because of 1 DAY of SWIMMING!? Should I give up swimming then??? NO WAY. But still…I’m sad. I guess all things come at a price. Should I continue with my swimming, which is a derivative of joy (all sports are), my hair quality will drop DRASTICALLY (I know it sounds lame, but hair DO affect appearance, you know)…it will get really frizzled…back to my primary school hair. *sighs* But should I stop swimming just because of outward appearance…NO WAY. It seems really such a trivial matter…compared to the benefits swimming has to your health. Let’s see. Swimming improves stamina, boosts lung strength, improves motor-coordination, and helps cure (partially) asthma, (since it helps build up your lungs). Believe it or not, I took a lung test and the results was 92%!!! That is like, so fit!!! But anyway, I think it would have dropped, just like my swimming skills did. *sighs AGAIN*

Never mind. As for going to Aunt’s house…my parents seem to object to me going there…they seem to find all sorts of problems with the arrangement. *sighs AGAIN*

Argh. Then I have to go watch TV at 9.00pm and I’m not coming back after that. So, see ya.

Saturday…going swimming today! =) Anyway, my F4-crazy younger sis just brought home a F4 Liu Xing Hua Yuan Yan3 chang4 hui4 (concert) VCD, and played the whole thing at home when our parents went out… bleah :P I’m no F4 or any boyband fan, but I can’t say I don’t like F4. I think some of their songs are really lyrical and nice. Well, for Liu2 Xing1 Hua1 Yuan2 the drama serial, I think Dao4 Ming2 Si4 is really cool…but then, well, Zai3 Zai (Zhou1 Yu2 Min2) is the most shuai of all of them *grins * and he’s quite nice, but still Yan2 Cheng2 Xu4 (Bao4 Long2)’s character is nicest. Never mind. I like Zai Zai’s songs a lot…they’re really nice. I think the nicest of all Zai Zai’s songs is “Bing1 Yu3” (ice rain). But anyway I like F4 he2 chang4 (singing together) the best, and I think I like Meteor Rain (“Liu2 Xing1 Yu3”) best of all F4 songs, followed by “Di4 Yi1 Shi2 Jian1), then Zai Zai’s “Bing1 Yu3”.

Songs aside, I’ve just finished cutting my nails today. People always think I have gone for a manicure or something, because my nails are long (from sheer laziness) and erm, they curve downwards at the ends, like manicured ones. Bleah. Anyway the Pi2 pa2 lao3 shi1 (Pipa teacher) said my fingers are long and nice, for a liu3 qin2 player. Bleah. Now I really regret not joining Pipa, where I could have made better use of my fingers. No use for regret now.

YES! I’m sooo ELATED! I signed up for the Life Sciences Camp at Temasek Junior College, extending from Mon, 16th Dec to 20th Dec, Fri. Since I live in Bkt Timah, quite far away from TJC, and my aunt lives very near there, so I’m going to stay overnight at my Aunt’s house from Sun/ Mon to Fri/ Sat. *beams * YES! Can go swimming and playing tennis with my cousins! Wh0000t! But that probably means I won’t be online from Sun to Sat. If I’m online, I would most probably be using cousin’s comp.

That’s about all. Going swimming later (grins again). See ya.

Today is a Chinese Orchestra Practice Day…(wow, I even designated capital letters for the practice days!) CO days are typically (during holidays) on Tues and Fri, 9 am to 5 pm, but next week onwards, CO days are only on Friday! Wh0000t! *grins * So anyway, I sneaked off to the library to use the computers for MSN during the break (I always do that :P), but sigh, only 1 person was talking to me, and that person didn’t talk a lot. Anyway the teacher caught me at the library, but I told her it was my 15-minute break and she let me off. Afterwards she went to the classroom we were practising at and I had to practise doubly hard…Sigh.

During the 1hour 15min lunch break, I went to Coronation Plaza with Sheue Ying and Wenqi. I “forced” them to RUN with me all the way from the bus-stop, up, across, and down the overhead bridge (at Coro) and into the building. Bleah :P So we ordered our lunch. Sheue Ying and I ordered Chicken Cutlet with fries, a bun, and some salad. It cost $4, but since the serving was large enough to accommodate both of us, we split the cost. The chicken cutlet was gigantic, and EXTREMELY DELICIOUS and SAVOURY! I’d love to eat it again. After that, we went back to NYGH, and this time, only I ran across the overhead bridge (NYGH-TCHS one), while the other 2 strolled slowly behind. Bleah. So thereafter, we parted and went for our respective CCAs.

So anyway, after my Chi Orc practice ended, I went to the canteen and found Janice and Sheue Ying there. We wanted to play basketball in the basketball court (Jan brought a basketball), but it was raining, heavily. So anyway after a while Sheue Ying left. Jan accompanied me on a run around the interior of the school. After that, it stopped raining and we went to the basketball court to practice shooting. My shooting wasn’t that good, but Jan’s shooting are quite good! She taught me the correct positioning of my hands, (before that I had always used 1 hand to shoot), and for the whole half-hour there, I only got one shot in, but that was a really clean shot. *grins * After that, we practised dribbling the ball (a little while) and I had to run all the way to the audi, where my father was already waiting. By the way, the basketball court after the rain was really good. There was nobody there at all, no blinding, intense sunlight at all, and the air there was really fresh and cool! One setback would be the floor, littered with puddles and every time the ball hit the ground, it was sure to come up with a fine spray of cool rainwater as well. All the time we played there, we were enveloped by a cool, refreshing draught of wind. It was quiet there as well. That’s about all.

My frameless specs are starting to get loose…I mean, the screws are starting to get loose and 2 out of 4 screw covers have fallen loose and vanished (they are transparent). I think I need to take my specs for servicing this Saturday.

And, my Mom is starting to get suspicious of me “typing away at the computer every single night”. Whenever she passes by my table (which is near the living room), she would stop and take a look. So I would have to minimise all windows. So, if I happen not to be responding (for quite a while), it would be because of my mom standing behind me.

That’s about all for today. See ya.

Today, I went for a movie gathering…surprise…I reached Orchard MRT station at 12.15pm (we were supposed to be there at 12.30pm)…and was the FIRST one to arrive! Wh000t! (normally, I either arrive just on time or slightly late) I met my NYGH seniors waiting (too) there (non-GEP), together with a TCHS sec 2 guy (kor’s senior). How coincidental! *grins * So anyway, several minutes after, Greg kor arrived (much to my surprise, since he had said earlier he couldn’t come). After that, Tim came. Wh00t, got 2 LEDS…one was a blue/ violet LED I “swooned over” (on MSN) bleah :P Then Joel came…he’s really quite short…so anyway. Shawn arrived the LAST…was 10 mins late! (as usual) And his mom was somewhere near him (shopping at Isetan)…(again) bleah :P. Mommy’s boy…joking! *grins * After that we went to KFC at Shaw House for lunch. KFC sells stuff really ex…I spent quite some time choosing what to eat for lunch. In the end, I bought 1 Regular chicken popcorn ($2.5), 2 multi-grain buns ($0.35 each), and spent $3.20 in all! This is considered one of the CHEAPER, more wholesome combination. I estimated the calories provided by this meal would be more or less sufficient for the day’s expenditure. Two small buns…carbohydrate and some fat, provide for some energy. Regular chicken popcorn…protein, fat, and some carbohydrate. This would be more or less enough. Anyway.

After that, we had about 1 hours to while away. Went to Isetan…(I was supposed to be…Tim’s cousin / sister I think…cannot be Greg’s sister since I look v. different from him) where Shawn’s MOTHER was shopping…good thing we didn’t meet her. Spent the whole time at the TOYS’ SECTION. :S:S:S

After this, we went to Lido. Purchased a GIGANTIC tub of popcorn, and got 2 Large-sized cokes. Then we watched the movie “Thunderpants” at 2.30pm…(they didn’t want to watch “Treasure Planet” since it was at 2.45pm…weirdos) To describe in one word, overall, the movie was hilarious, funny and (rather) lame. Kor / gor kept commenting that it was a retarded movie. It’s basically about this little kid with 2 stomachs and keeps farting continuously as a result. In the end, his farting actually helps PROPEL a SPACE ROCKET! How lame can that be? :S:S:S There was this really ludicrous and hilarious part where his farting triggers off a SHOCKWAVE. :S oh maaan. But nearing the end, the movie has a little, nice moral message to convey across, about overcoming problems etc.

So after the movie, Joel went home, and we decided to go arcade. (Shawn tried dragging Greg along, but he escaped and crossed the control station barrier) Tim was dragged to the arcade. So anyway, there, we went for car-racing games. At first, only Shawn and Tim raced, because there was this problem with the coin slot (in the end, turned out to be no problem, but I got 2 tokens for refund) :D. For their game, at first Tim was leading, then near the end I helped Shawn and he got 1st! wh00t! *grins * Then all 3 of us went for another car-racing game, and Tim got 1st, Shawn got 2nd, and I got 3rd. sad. After that I persuaded them to play the DDR (dance dance revolution), but it was really ex. 4 tokens! ($2) (each) for a go. It was reaaaally hard persuading them to go… But anyway Tim and I went first…we successfully finished the 1st game (“Boom Boom Dollar”). He got a D and I got a C. But we chose a really hard 2nd game, and both of us failed, so game over. Then after that Tim went home, and donated $2 to Shawn. Then we went for a go, and chose a really hard game (because I didn’t know where the easy one was) and failed very fast. But Shawn got a higher score than me, so I guess, for DDR, Shawn’s first, followed by me, then Tim.

That’s about all for the day, just that it was really fun (for me, at least). I reached the bus-stop and ran all the way home. Reached home at 6.45 pm. That’s about it. See ya.

Today…went for checkup. And…YES! Judgement Day (today) is over! And…the Judge has ruled in my favour! (of course, all this about Judgement Days and Judges is an allegory…if you know about the actual event and what I was trying to say, you’d feel happy for me [providing that you have not anything against me :D :P ]; but if you have no idea what is going on…then, just know that I am VERY happy…ecstatic over the result :D and therefore is in an exuberant mood) Finally…SPORTS! Oh, how I LOVE sports!!! And anyway, I can go play badminton or rollerblade with Renyi (if she’s free) coz she lives in the same condo estate as me (Dairy Farm Estate :P).

Anyway, after the check-up, my Mom and I went to Chinatown and got me my beautiful silver chain and the silver (Chinese) charm. I love it! Then after that we went to C.K. Departmental Store to buy…(well…you should know. This brand name is locally synonymous with the items it MAINLY sells…). So anyway, my mom bought me a sports *** (well…since this blog entry is viewable to EVERYONE not just girls, I’ll just “censor” it). I tried persuading her to buy me the BLACK one, but she kept saying that black will show through the fabric etc. And anyway, she being the good ole classical Mom, tried to get me the light pink one, which will be perfectly fine, just that this is meant to be a SPORTS ***…and light pink isn’t exactly the colour for them. So we reached a compromise, and bought the GREY one, which looks perfectly sportive and nice and decent. :D So anyway, after that, we went to Seiyu at Bugis Junction to buy my swimming suit…but the (2-piece ones were too ex! 1-piece designs not really that good). And so anyway, we went BACK to Chinatown, and from there we went to Seiyu at Choa Chu Kang Lot 1, and there, we beheld a wide assortment of cool swimming suits, (to my delight). The salesgirl there was really nice and patient, because I tried over 10 swimming suits. (all of the brand TYR) :D:D:D First I tried a two-piece suit, which looked quite nice. Then I tried a super-expensive one-piece suit (and my mother said never mind the money, if I like it, she’d buy it :D) and I looked really good in it! *grins * The salesgirl commented I looked like a gymnast and an athlete. :D:D:D But then, it’s supposed to be zipped up from the back, and the zip extends right till the neck. And I can’t zip it up on my own, so (sigh) I didn’t buy that one. After that I tried numerous cool one-piece suits. The salesgirl said I looked good in the swimming suits with the V-cut (e.g. the bottom cutting extends from the hip to the thigh), but then the one-piece suits with the v-cuts weren’t that cool as a particular one-piece suit without a v-cut. The salesgirl said I looked good wearing black swimming suits coz I have fair skin and it stands out etc etc. Then she told my mom “Your daughter is pretty and she has a good athletic figure” blah blah blah. Salesperson technique. Bleah :P. But she really is very amiable and EXTREMELY PATIENT. So anyway, I went back home with a really cool, black swimming suit, and the above-mentioned item.
Yup…so that is all that happened for today. I’m going out to watch Treasure Planet tomorrow…I wanted to wear a certain top, but my mom opposed to my decision and in the end I decided to wear a dark blue sleeveless t-shirt tomorrow. That's all...see ya!
